Hi friends!I(we) have missed you so much,we entered the new year so that means new year new resolutions right? All of us made new promises to ourselves such as giving up on eating snack food and starting to do more exercise.However many of us including me are too lazy to do that.So here are 5 different workout tips and tricks that will keep you motivated.


1)Keeping our body hydrated during exercise is very important but if you are not a fan of normal water,there are diffrent detox water recipes that you can look on any website or you can just make your own detox water by using whatever fruit and vegetable that you want.So i decided to choose one recipe for you guys.You can check it out here.  


2)Before starting exercise,change your home clothes and wear workout clothes because it will make you feel like that you have to do workout.If you try to do your workout with your home clothes you are less likely to concentrate and take your training seriously.



3)There are lot people who go out gym and spend money to receive thier dream body.If you dont want spend money on gym and want to get your dream body,there are many apps such as sworkit that will help you to costumize your own workout. 4)One of the most important things on doing workout is music because it can make your motivation very high that you can't imagine.The music that you choose has to be powerfull to get you in the mood.With the help of the music you can boost your exercise.

5)Get motivated by looking  workout quotes,just print them out and put it on your table or you can put them on miror.So everyday when you wake up you will read them and get motivated for your exercise.
